There will be two partner tiers available under the new Broadcom Advantage Partner Program; Pinnacle Partner and Premier Partner.
a. Pinnacle Partner
As a selected Pinnacle Partner, the following partnership expectations apply:
- Broadcom Partner Manager will be assigned to help drive adoption in your environment.
- To drive VCF Only SKU
- 7000 core commit per year
- By Invitation by Broadcom
- Joint Business Plan required
- Co-sell quota
b. Premier Partner
- CCM (Cloud Commerce Manager) Assigned to help drive adoption in your environment
- To drive VCF Only SKU
- 3500 core commit per year
- By Invitation by Broadcom
- Joint Business Plan required
Licensing is as follows:
- Subscriptions only
- Disconnected with optional connectivity in the future
- Licensing per physical core with a minimum license requirement of 16 core per CPU
- Prepaid commitment-based subscriptions
- 1-, 3- and 5-year terms
- Select Support with SRE Essentials for VCF; Production Support for vSphere
Component products and quantities per core of VCF:
- vSphere Enterprise Plus: 1 core with 16-core per CPU minimum
- vCenter Standard: 1 instance
- Tanzu Kubernetes Grid: 1 core
- vSAN Enterprise: 1 TiB of vSAN per core
- Aria Suite Enterprise: 1 core
- NSX Networking for VCF: 1 core
- HCX Enterprise: 1 core

If you haven’t received an invitation to join as a Broadcom Advantage Partner, you’ll have two options: either report your VMware VCF Usage through a super CSP (White label hosting of VMware capability), or transition away from the VMware platform by the end of April 2024.
