Taylor Swift fans think that the American hitmaker might possibly surprise fans with a new album on stage in Liverpool this week, so The Mirror has rounded up some of the most plausible clues

Talk has been rife that Taylor Swift could announce Reputation (Taylor's Version) while on UK soil, with many speculating that June 13 - the singer's first show in Liverpool - could see the announcement take place.

The 2017 album is supposedly next in line to be released, alongside Taylor's first-ever album, which was titled Taylor Swift. This all comes amid the hitmaker's re-recording journey after her masters were sold.

The 34-year-old has already released Taylor's Versions of Fearless, Red, Speak Now, and 1989, with Reputation (Taylor's Version) speculated as the next album to be released. But what are some of the clues that the announcement could really be coming soon?

June 13 marks Taylor's 100th Eras Tour show

If you're a Swiftie, you'll know that Taylor Swift's lucky number is 13. "I was born on the 13th. I turned 13 on Friday the 13th. My first album went gold in 13 weeks," the hitmaker previously said when revealing why 13 is lucky for her.

Taylor often releases things and makes announcements when it's the 13th of a month, so with her 100th Eras Tour show taking place on June 13, fans are convinced something big will happen. Many reckon Reputation (Taylor's Version) will be announced this Thursday.

One fan recently dropped a slew of "confirmations" when they said on X: "The next show is the 100th show. June 13 which is the 6th month, rep is album 6. Halfway to Taylor’s bday. 13 self-explanatory."

However, some aren't convinced and reckon she'll bring out a surprise guest like The Beatles' Paul McCartney.

Social media clue unveiled by fans

One fan recently took to social media to share a clue that seemingly "confirms" Taylor will announce Reputation in Liverpool. Taking to X to share screengrabs of Taylor's recent 'thank you' posts after each venue she performs at, one fan penned: "SCREAMING CRYING THROWING UP!!!!

"She followed the same pattern right before the 1989tv announcement!!! Two posts with [see you soon emoji] and then one without and then [an] announcement."

Possible Kanye West clue

One fan recently took to social media to speculate that if Taylor does announce Reputation (Taylor's Version) on June 13, she could be doing so in order to have the album's release date on a very important date in Swiftie history.

"It would be very iconic if Taylor will announce the #reputationTaylorsVersion on June 13, 2024, in London and then release it on September 13, 2024, 15 years after the b---- rat interrupted our Queen in VMA," the fan penned on X, referring to when Kanye interrupted Taylor's speech at the VMAs in 2009.

Possible red herring for a different surprise?

Some fans think all of the "clues" pointing towards Reputation TV being announced could be red herrings for a different surprise.

One fan recently took to X to say: "Anyone else feel[s] like Taylor may be tricking us with the rep clues and the 100th show will have a Lover surprise?" They then outlined the "clues" when they penned: "Lover was announced June 13. 3 Lover surprise songs in a row. We got TTPD Live from Paris. Lover Fest was scheduled for June. Pride Month."

Taylor Swift fans looking at resale tickets for the upcoming Eras Tour in the UK can purchase them from from a number of online retailers right now.

Fans attending live events with tickets acquired through resale websites are advised to double-check the ticket terms and conditions at the point of sale - such as Ticketmaster or Live Nation - to ensure a smooth live event experience.
